Here is another spectacular scene where I wanted to be closer! I was at the north end of Race Street hoping for some interesting lighting effects on the clouds over Stansbury Island. I turned and looked at Deseret Peak just as the first rays of sunlight struck the cliffs! Breathtaking! If you click on the photo and look at the larger version you can see why I wish I had been closer! Amazing!
